Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer shipping worldwide. Shipping rates are variable and contingent upon your order; please proceed to check out and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 2-3 business days to process your order.
Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout, BUT LGM Imports and Exports International Inc uses USPS.
Shipping Costs: ALL shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order’s total value, weight, package volume, and destination.
International Orders: Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties/tariffs, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, then cancellation is not possible. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated ONLY and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider USPS, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
- HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
- Average time: 5 – 10 days business days
- There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
- MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
– Your order number.
– A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.

JEWELRY EXCHANGES
We do not currently conduct exchanges for online jewelry orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@Lgmie.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
CLOTHING EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel and if it was NOT the last item in stock. If the item is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
DEFECTS
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If you feel you have received a defective product and it was not addressed during the purchase, please contact us at support@Lgmie.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make it right.

• Mistakes made by shipping Couriers
• Wrong addresses given by customers
• Damage to orders by postal service
• PO box issues
• Stolen packages after delivery
